A Letter to Parents

Dear Parents,
Your child's music teacher has asked us to put together a specific Band Instrument Rental Program for you.  First, we would like to introduce ourselves.  Mobile Music is a family owned business, full line Music Store located at 163 South Main St. in Canandaigua.  We have been in downtown canandaigua since 1980.

Music Education: Mobile Music specializes in music education.  We are presently teaching over 350 students each week.

Instrument Rentals: We have offered Band Instrument rentals since 1980.  We work closely with your teachers and supply only the instruments they recommend, in the highest quality with the lowest possible prices.  We are able to supply these instruments thru Muzet, Inc., a member of the Greater Rochester music community for over thirty five years.  For your convenience all Rentals, Repairs, Exchanges and any questions can be handled at Mobile Music or at your school each week.

Instrument Repair: Tim Chaapel, owner, is a Certified Musical Instrument Repair Technician.  We service 52 ear Schools with Instrument Repairs, Rentals, and all Accessories.

Our Goal: We strive to make all this as simple as possible for you and as exciting as possible for your child. 

To sign up: I have enclosed prices for the rental program and a contract.  to sign up all you need to do is stop into our store, give us a call, mail your contract, or visit us at your parent information meeting.

This is how the program works: Your teacher has requested we design a plan for your school.  You rent the instrument on a month to month basis.  Your instrument will be delivered directly to your music teacher before the beginning of lessons.  Your rental does not start until that delivery date.  You may continue renting as long as you like.  You may purchase the instrument outright at any point for a big savings off your balance.  All your money will always be applied.  You are never obligated to purchase the instrument.
